a worthwhile expense
The chair I am sitting in costs, roughly, $1300.
Proudly displayed on the manufacturer’s website is the statement that the chair can pay for itself in 7 days.
Unless this chair, after work, goes out and turns tricks, I don’t think there’s much chance of that happening. Come to think of it, even if it is turning tricks, where’s my cut?
Maybe it goes out “slinging rock.” I don’t know if I approve of a seating device selling drugs. Not to our nation’s children.
